After a year in Human Resources, Alison moved to a new role setting up the Internal Communications in the company, a varied role looking at improving the internal communication flow, including editing responsibility for the company magazine and organising events. Looking for a new challenge, Alison has now taken on the role of Customer Focus Manager with the ultimate goal of refocusing the business to become truly customer centric and ensure we are enhancing every element of the customer experience.
