Career Path: Sales Support   >  Training Executive   >   Sales Development Executive Josie joined Accident Exchange just before the business became a public company in 2003. At that time the company had less than 30 employees and Josie was engaged to provide administrative support to the external sales team. The relative size of the company meant that Josie extended her responsibilities rapidly. In 2006, Josie became a Training Executive, working in a field based role supporting and training new and existing dealerships. After an 18 month stint in this key role, Josie developed into the more challenging but more rewarding role in Sales. Today, Josie is responsible for the operational relationships we have with some of our largest accounts.
