Mercedes-Benz man joins Accident Exchange

Dealer accident management solutions provider, Accident Exchange, has announced its latest high profile recruitment as the business continues its expansion.

Former Mercedes Benz Network Development Manager, Steve Cooper, has joined the Birmingham-based operation to head up New Business Sales, Dealer Development, CRM and Marketing channels.

Daksh Gupta, Accident Exchange Chief Operating Officer, explained: "Steve's deep understanding of the automotive retail landscape, and customer relationship marketing will greatly benefit all our dealer and manufacturer partners."

In recent years, Steve was responsible for identifying and developing profit opportunities for the Mercedes-Benz network working alongside key figures at Inchcape, Pendragon and Sytner amongst others.

During his time at customer care specialist, iSKY, he helped BMW (GB) establish its customer contact centre, as well as overseeing work for Mini, Honda, Bentley and Reg Vardy.
