Accident Exchange, the accident management specialist, is to treat more than 22,000 staff and family members from its dealer and bodyshop partners to a day out at three of the UKs leading theme parks. The unprecedented 'Thank You' will see thousands of dealership employees descend on Alton Towers, Thorpe Park and Glasgow's M&D across three days in June. "We wanted to extend our appreciation to everyone involved in helping us become a £100m turnover business in just five years," explained Daksh Gupta, Chief Operating Officer, Accident Exchange. "Incentives are such a part of the motor industry landscape that we thought it was about time someone threw away the rulebook, and simply said: Thanks. And that's exactly what we've done. We don't just look at our partners as profit centres, we are building relationships with them that go beyond being mutually beneficial."
