Carter & Carter man joins Accident Exchange in new manufacturer role

Prestige accident management company, Accident Exchange, has underlined its expanding role as a business solutions provider for manufacturers with the appointment of Gordon Grant as Manufacturer Account Director.

Gordon leaves Carter & Carter, where he held the position of Accident Repair Business Unit Director, after eight years to take up the post.

The newly created senior role will see Gordon introduce more of Accident Exchange’s suite of support services including test drive programmes, dealer rental car operations, and demonstrator and courtesy car management to manufacturers.

“Accident Exchange is more than just an accident management company. Our portfolio of services and products enhance the brand experience, introduce new revenue streams, improve efficiencies, and raise customer satisfaction,” explained Daksh Gupta, Chief Operating Officer, Accident Exchange.

During his tenure with Carter & Carter, Gordon has managed and developed Accident Repair programmes for Bentley, General Motors, Jaguar, Land Rover, Peugeot, Toyota and Volkswagen Group.

Gordon commented: “With the pressures faced by the sector, it is refreshing to be able to go to the manufacturer’s table with a fully rounded proposition that delivers clear and tangible results against their specific opportunities and aspirations.

Accident Exchange already runs its bespoke Accident Aftercare programme for Audi and Lotus, and has approved supplier status with BMW, where it has exclusive contracts with 65 percent of the network.
