Each group will continue to build on the benefits of a tailored accident management aftercare programme after renewing their exclusive contracts. The triumvirate of signatories encompasses 198 dealerships representing 33 different manufacturer brands across the UK. “All three Groups have been long term partners with us, so we’re naturally delighted to continue to build on those relationships and the cultural understanding we have established with each,” explains Steve Evans, chief executive of Accident Exchange. “Accident management is an integral function of their customer retention and business growth strategy.
