Together we define the scripts that we use and the dealer tells us where they want the customer damaged vehicle repaired to go and we do the business 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

After an accident, the customer’s vehicle is recovered to the dealer’s nominated body repair shop where repair authorisation is obtained whilst he remains mobile. Increased accident throughput equals increased parts and labour sales and 24/7 response equals improved customer service and overall satisfaction levels are increased.
- Customers involved in fault accidents now qualify for up to 21 days free hire
Customers who report their accident within 4 hours to our 24/7 claim line and who use the nominated repair centre will qualify for a replacement hire vehicle for up to 21 days or for the period that their vehicle is being repaired, whichever period is the shorter.
- Courtesy vehicles can be provided from our fleet
Vehicles can either be provided direct to the customer by Accident Exchange or by one of our rental partners with the only requirement being that the customer provides insurance for the period of repair.
- Courtesy vehicles can be provided from your fleet at our cost
Alternatively, Accident Exchange will pay £20 per day plus VAT, for the dealer to provide their customer mobility through their own courtesy or service fleet.
