What we do
In simple terms, we hire like-for-like replacement vehicles to customers while their own vehicle is being repaired and then manage their claims for post-accident losses (such as hire and repair costs) against the insurer of the at-fault party.

Customer satisfaction is Accident Exchange’s priority and the service, where possible, will be an extension of your own; increasing customer retention and adding value to your customer experience.
Accident Exchange will promptly direct customers to your nominated accident repairer, retaining a key revenue opportunity within your business and offering an additional revenue opportunity through commission for hires undertaken.
Training is the key to maximise the potential from our relationship. Every new account is assigned a member from the Account Management Team who visits regularly to engage your team in how best to implement a profitable and effective solution.
As part of our training our team will also set up communication links, demonstrate our web based tracking tools and provide support in the management of initial referrals. Ongoing training is available to estimators, service reception staff and receptionists generally, to ensure the benefits of a fully integrated customer solution are maximised.
